The Financial Reporting Awards (FiRe Awards) aim at encouraging the implementation of financial reporting standards as well as improving the quality of financial and business reporting in Uganda.  The FiRe Awards will provide an opportunity to organisations that will participate, to benchmark their reports against the set criteria of good financial reports.

"Good financial reporting is a prerequisite for raising funds at any capital market. ICPAU, USE & CMA strongly support consistent and high quality financial reporting in all sectors of the economy."
