1. IFAC - The International Federation of Accountants

2. ECSAFA - The Eastern, Central and Southern African Federation of Accountants.

Special Relationships:

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda has close working relationships with the:

1. ICPAK - The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (East Africa)

2. NBAA - The National Board of Accountants and Auditors of Tanzania (East Africa).

3. ICAS - The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.  ICAS  was involved in the establishment of ICPAU.
