ABOUT THE ASA AWARDS
The Accountancy Service Awards (ASA) are prestigious annual awards of excellence aimed at recognising individuals and institutions whose exceptional contributions have led to the advancement of the accountancy profession in Uganda and beyond.
Over the years, the Awards have evolved into a model platform for reinforcing the value of accountants and inspiring the next generation.
To improve the event and provide more value to awardees, there has been a shift in the event dates from the traditional later-in-the-year dates to earlier in the year.
This increases the annual tenure for reigning awardees, enhancing the relevance of the titles.
Therefore, the next Accountancy Service Awards will be held in April 2027.
The award categories have remained the same, and the reopening of the nominations will be communicated in due course.

- Young Accountant of the Year
- Woman Accountant of the Year
- Accounting Firm of the Year
- Finance Team of the Year
- Institutional Partner of the Year
- Unique Humanitarian Service
- Media Personality of the Year
