Entities create budgets for a variety of reasons e.g. providers of capital might require a budget prior to funding, people charged with governance may require a budget to ensure that management is planning to utilize resources in alignment with its intended purpose among other reasons of budgeting.
By the end of the training, participants will be able to:
- Apply advanced tips for creating a meaningful budget.
- Update the budget as circumstances change.
- Report on the budget using advanced MS Excel
