ICPAU members, who wish to establish themselves in public practice, can undertake studies with ICPAU to develop their non-technical skills such as business planning, quality control, risk management and practice development.
There are different requirements depending on your choice of practice.
To obtain a Practice Certificate, members must complete the Public Practice Program, which has been developed to help members establish themselves in public practice. This program is handled on a distance learning basis to equip the member with the knowledge of Practice Management.
Members who have more than 4 years of external audit practice may not undertake the practice management study but must have the necessary CPD hours when applying for a Practice Certificate.
