CPA Annet Nantumbwe is a full member of ICPAU since 2016.

CPA Annet has the desire to contribute to the accounting standards, policies and practices while participating in professional advancement. Her election to Council will give her an opportunity to take on leadership roles thus contributing to shaping the profession.

Her objectives are to enhance the accountancy profession in Uganda, increasing membership, and promoting best practices, increasing visibility and recognition of members and expanding the Institute’s reach and advocating for a platform through which members can communicate to the management of ICPAU.

As a partner at Hill & Associates since 2023, CPA Annet has mentored and trained junior auditors improving team productivity and capability. Leading cross-functional teams to implement audit projects and drive continuous improvement. She has also implemented lean methodologies to eliminate redundant processes and improve audit efficiency.

She previously served at JA Associates, Springs & Associates, UN World Food Programme and Wise & Partners.

CPA Annet has an in-depth knowledge of financial reporting, auditing and taxation which will enable her to contribute to the development of accounting standards and practices. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from ISBAT University.
