CPA Dr. Jobra Kisaku Mulumba is a full member of ICPAU since 2001.

His motivation for nomination is the desire to influence professional accountants into research, critical thinking as well as forming symbolic collaboration with other professional bodies and members such as Engineers, Architects, Medical practitioners etc

Jobra’s objectives are to promote professional research and critical thinking, the International Not for Profit Accounting Standards, the Accountants voice in national policy formulation and public respect for the accountancy profession.

As a Founding and Managing Partner of Kisaka and Company for 25 years, he has nurtured and influenced young accountants. He has been chairperson for the Council of Africa Renewal University and an expert committee member of the NCHE Audit Committee.

For over 30 years, Jobra has practiced auditing and accounting, Public and Private policy formulation for over 10 years and Tax advisory for 5 years. He is a member of ICPAK, a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and the American Society of public Administration. He is also a certified fund mobilizer.

He holds a doctorate degree in Public Policy and Public Administration from Walden University (USA), a Masters degree in Project Management from Herriot-Watt University and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree majoring in Accounting from Makerere University.

Jobra is a Managing Partner at Kisaka and Company since 1999 to date.
