
CPA Sandra Nakibuule Batte is a full member of ICPAU since 2010.
CPA Sandra’s motivation for nomination is the desire to contribute to the shaping of the strategic direction and policy decisions of the accountancy profession. As a way of giving back to the profession, this is an opportunity for her to mentor the next generation of accountants and strengthen public trust in the profession.
Her most important objective is to lead, influence and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the accountancy profession.
Having been a member of the Events Management Committee since 2019 to date, Sandra has contributed to the organisation of Institute’s events and chaired sessions at different seminars.
She has led strategic consulting assignments in Rwanda and Uganda having worked with Ernst & Young since 2003 to date. CPA Sandra understands the operations of the accountancy profession and will contribute meaningfully to the governance of the Institute.
CPA Sandra is pursuing a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Edinburg Business School at Heriot-Watt University of Scotland. She studied Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds a Bachelors Degree in Commerce majoring in Marketing from Makerere University.
She is currently serving at Ernst & Young as an Associate Director, Markets & Business Development. She previously served as an associate consultant at Uganda Management Institute and Marketing Executive at Interfreight.
