OVERVIEW
Women accountants are increasingly making their mark and reshaping the landscape with their fresh insights and distinct perspectives. The Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) introduced the Woman Accountant of the Year Award as part of the Accountancy Service Awards (ASA) to recognise the phenomenal contributions of women in the profession.
This forum will provide a platform for sharing experiences in enhancing an individual’s professional competences for success, networking opportunities among others.
OBJECTIVE
By the end of the forum, participants will be able to:
- Highlight the positive impact of women leadership.
- Recognise achievements and success stories of women accountants.
- Manage interpersonal and professional relationships.
