CPA Dr. Albert Richard Otete is a partner at J. Samuel Richards & Associates. He is a mentor who has guided a handful of young professional accountants. Before joining Standard Bank, South Africa, as a Senior Manager in 2012, he served as Finance Manager and headed the Audit department at Stanbic Bank Uganda from 2002 to 2012. He also worked as an Audit Manager at KPMG Uganda and PricewaterhouseCoopers Uganda. CPA Dr Otete holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration from the Swiss School of Management, a Masters in Business Administration from the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) in Arusha, Tanzania and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University.
