CPA Nancy Amuge Owino is a council member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda. She is currently the Finance Manager at the Uganda Civil Aviation Authority with over 18 years of experience in financial management and operations, having served in various capacities in both the public and private sectors.  She has served on various committees of ICPAU, including the Education and Research Committee, the Marketing Sub-committee, the Public Sector panel and presently, she chairs the Public Accountants Examinations Board. CPA Amuge is a Certified Public Accountant.
